We aim to package and ship all items (that are in stock) within 1-4 days. If items are custom made, shipping will be within 7 days of delivery.
We do not post out on a Saturday or Sunday.
Our basic UK postage cost which is added at checkout is £4.45 for jewellery, £1.05 for cards and £20.35 for prints. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the items you have ordered are not available.
We currently offer UK only postage but are able to post internationally. If you are not in the UK please feel free to get in touch and I will work out the postage costs.
We also offer a free collection service. If you would like to do this, please email studio@nessharrison.co.uk to arrange a time for collection.
Original artworks are only available for collection or special delivery to be arranged by email. If you require delivery of giclewe suggest you arrange for framing locally to avoid the risk of damage in transit, and recommend the use of non-reflective glass.
Each parcel is fully tracked so that you can keep an eye on your delivery.
We aim to wrap and package items as safely as possible but do have to rely on our couriers to handle the products carefully. In the rare occasion that your items have arrived damaged or faulty, please email studio@nessharrison.co.uk along with photos of the damaged or faulty items, within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please do not return damaged or faulty items without contacting us first as we will be unable to refund any postage costs.
Please ensure your shipping information is correct as we can not take responsibility for items lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
