Handmade Cornish Sea Glass Jewellery
I create jewellery inspired by the magic of Cornwall’s coastline. Each piece is made by hand in my North Cornwall studio using sea glass I’ve collected from local beaches. Shaped by the waves, the glass becomes smooth and frosted in natural shades of green, blue, and brown.
The colours come from minerals once used to colour glass—copper for green, cobalt for blue, iron for brown, and gold for red. Red glass was so expensive to make that some stained-glass windows were actually painted instead!
Each sea glass gem is set in recycled sterling silver to create one-of-a-kind necklaces and rings. No two pieces are the same, so you’ll always have something truly unique.
For me, making jewellery is about more than just creating something beautiful—it’s about sharing a connection to the ocean. Whether you’re buying a gift or treating yourself, each piece carries a little piece of Cornwall with it.
